Chimpman’s Aresh Region 2300 BC, 2 miles per hex v1
Less than 24 hours after sharing his Aresh Region, 8 miles per hex map, John posted this 2 mile per hex close-up version of the area. It made sense to zoom in to allow the map to include more detail than 8 mile hexes can provide.
As this was a map for a campaign, John wrote capsule descriptions of each of the locations shown on the map. He posted these in the DM thread for his play-by-post campaign.
John hasn’t made a great number of maps at this scale, as he has usually stuck to 8 mile per hex maps. So it was great to see him use the opportunity to work in more detail.
He would revisit the map a few days later to add a couple more labels.
