Chimpman’s Dwarven Migrations BC 3000 to BC 2300 v1
In June 2012, John was back at work on his Mystara 2300 BC projects. He needed a migration map for his Shimmering Lands work, and this was what he came up with. As he explained in his post at The Piazza:
Thanks to karameikos , I’ve jumped back onto the Shimmering Lands project. I’ve been reviewing and modifying my dwarven timeline and as part of that process I wanted to get a better sense of what the migrations could have looked like. At this point I’m still using an AC 1000 coastlines map, but you should be able to get the idea.
Since John used the Master Set world map outlines as his base, this map was immediately destined to have a second version using the proper 2300 BC coastlines. He would revisit the map a couple of months later to implement this and some other changes.
